Job Title: ServiceTitan Administrator (Implementation & Optimization Focus)
Location: Remote (LATAM, South Africa, or Philippines)
Salary Range: 2000 – 3000 USD/month (Based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly capable ServiceTitan Administrator to take ownership of the platform across a growing home services organization.
This is not a support role. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceTitan, who can ensure the system is fully aligned with operational workflows and business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys building systems that scale, and can drive consistency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage ServiceTitan implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
- Design, build, and improve workflows, job tracking, and operational processes within ServiceTitan.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and KPI visibility.
- Train and support internal teams on ServiceTitan best practices and system usage.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively optimize system performance and workflows.
- Support rollout of new features, updates, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Partner with leadership to align ServiceTitan usage with business operations and goals.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering ServiceTitan (required).
- Proven experience configuring workflows, building processes, and improving system usage.
- Experience training teams or enabling adoption of ServiceTitan across departments.
- Strong understanding of reporting, KPIs, and operational metrics within ServiceTitan.
- Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail and a structured, systems-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with integrations or automation tools (Zapier, APIs, etc.).
- Exposure to financial workflows (job costing, revenue tracking, etc.).
- Experience supporting multi-location or multi-branch operations.
- Familiarity with CRM or operational tools used in home services businesses.
