Job Description:

We are actively building a pool of Healthcare Support Specialist professionals for future opportunities. If you have experience supporting medical professionals, handling patient data, or providing administrative healthcare services, we encourage you to apply and be considered for upcoming roles in our talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with medical scheduling, patient coordination, and telehealth support.
  • Manage patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Handle medical billing and insurance claims.
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare providers.
  • Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Support compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).


Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare administration, medical assistance, or support roles.
  • Knowledge of healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems).
  • Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
